one possibility is that Steve Saleen has power shares to convert that he may need X # of shares both for his future conversions plus converting for services. I think FINRA makes you have them available(which might explain the higher shares) just in case you change your mind or sell all your shares outright, plus whatever the existing float plus anything for future............. Maybe..... just a thought.............doesn't mean he will sell though.....
