Ok, so I read the last five years of filings, 8ks, 10Qs, PR's.

And find TPAC to be very legitimate. They spent five years spending the money to become certified, made the contacts and purchases, greased the wheels to enter the china market, with a subsidiary, and now own 55% of that subsidiary (Bearing plant).

They stated needing 2 million dollars to start production this summer, and believe they also stated that they received that financing from two board members of the subsidiary company.

Good reason why they are paying off both notes before maturity.

I buy for long term, 1 year to 5 years, so my own DD is critical.

Not worried about short term flippers, or pps. Loaded 3 million shares.

Will not respond to specifics on what I have quoted, as it can all be seen in the progressive filings.

Not rocket science on why it was at .25 and went this low, (dilution financing), which has come to an end.

And this is why accumulation is taking place. Sell early and be afraid to look back. Flip a few and hold your core or freebies for 5 years.

Good luck to us all!
