No, they do not recycle case numbers....
That case is officially closed and has been for well over two years....

I can't answer why the defendants would place it on the website dated 7/9/15....

Maybe they would think, by over exposing the two documents, that people who visited their website would believe that what they are reading is true....

First off HP is an nominal defendant and they CAN'T be sued!!.

FYI the original court case number was A13678054C and it was updated to B....
