Jay they are nominal defendents who will have to right to be involved or not in the suit we will find out there answer hopefully soon.

It was 20 days from being seved.

Why would they( Dimension) have an old TMMI document which is now a closed case of TMMI vs Simpson with Clark County.

Then they have it to be a new case.
Do they recycle case numbers.Just checking because it still shows TMMI vs Simpson not what is shown on the Dimension website.

Why would they even place all this work in trying to show one thing only to leave case number knowing that the case showing is a closed case

What is the relevance outside of them posting false documents trying to represent something that it does not.

I will call that lying and fraud unless someone can clarify what is just going on there
