Thanks for your reply. WMIIC has yet to show assets of any significance. I understand (a little) the shield that was created by claiming no debt...nobody (claimant) can get to look inside. I guess the trouble arises from the public record. There is no bonafide statement to refute only the color of the statement in the public record. I would love to hear what you may know about the Providian Financial sale to JPM. Subsidiary of WMI, $6.5 bil purchase price in 2005 I think. Public record shows it becoming a JPMC company the very day of WAMU's demise if memory serves.G
