Accountable ? In what way ? Intel and other capital venture investors got nothing for their 50 million, hence no new money from anybody.

The merger to become a battery company...not the initial goal but a shot at making revenue,getting some competent management and more importantly distribution locations. Shorai Merger = Nada.
Stock price indicators for future action = Minus Nada.
Probably two weeks away from a reset of the goals to September. In September they will defer to December and then with nothing to report or show as accomplishments they will most likely defer to the next Feb with a different direction. This is the pattern shown in the past and the pattern they are showing right now.
No accomplishments with news spurts every few months then silence in between, with goals shed/forgotten/never mentioned and on to new goals to get everyone "excited".
JMHO.
Hoping for an acceptable exit point which does not seem to be possible.
