I called the Knife Center and here is the reason they told me for the MA-6 Hybrid not being available with the Knife Center:

The MA-6 Hybrid was sold out on the initial run. The MA-6 is currently unavailable from online, because we still have knives on back-order. We are expecting to have the MA-6 available in a couple weeks, but we're not taking orders right now as Miltner has not been able to commit to how many knives he can provide us with.

Well this is good news, sold out plus back-orders. I would say Miltner-Adams are making sure the mold is perfect and ready for mass production to satisfy the demand.
