miami... geesh, you are more negative than me! I like to think of myself as a realist who looks at the good, bad and ugly. Don't you see any bright light here at all? Isn't it possible that FH might actually release those financials.

For me the difference here is that in the past he has only (as far as I can recall) talked about releaseing financials via phone conversations. This time he put it in a PR. Possibly I missed a PR over the past several years.

Putting phone calls aside, the reason I don't have tremendous faith is because FH also PR'd the world that he was aiming to get off the pinkies by YEND 2005. Then he backbeddled. And you know about the buy-back PR's where between official O/S releases he dumped 2.5B shares. History does tend to repeat itself in pinky land, so I'm not holding my breath on this latest promise. But I am HOLDING my shares because FH may have a rabbit in his hat.

BTW - do you have a long position with CTKH? Just curious?
