Since the outcome of HENC's drilling partner Terranova's proxy fight could have an effect on HENC, just in case any HENC holder also owns TGC stock, be sure to vote your Terranova shares.

In my opinion, it would be in both HENC's and TGC's shareholders best interest to vote the "Blue" proxy for the Shareholders Dissident Board nominees, not the Yellow to retain the old board. But that decision is up to you the shareholder. But this is a very important issue for both shareholders, so if you are not aware, there is an IHub chat board for Terranova which has had a lot of discussion pro and con. (ignore the 5 o'clock cut-off posted on the above link. You have until at least the close of business Monday, and perhaps can be be change until Tuesday, but I wouldn't bet on it. The actual election will be on Wednesday Jul 15.)

Now just a "heads up". TGC has a lot of multi-million share shareholders due to the considerable number of financing they have completed. Starting at .25 then .20 then .11. With the stock currently bid .085 CD (.061 USD), many of these large investors are fed with the Old Team (Yellow Proxy) and are supporting the Shareholder Dissident slate. Because of this, it is very likely the Shareholder nominees will have more than enough shares to win a Wednesday vote.

HOWEVER, the old BOD and Chairman have control of the "agenda" for the vote. So don't be surprised if at the last minute the Shareholders meeting is suspended for a few weeks since the vote itself is not secret and the BOD will know the tally before it is officially put on the record, if the Old team loses.
