Last, ...But why?
I understand the process of getting more cash, but it is unnecessary since we will be [hopefully] and have been generating lots of cash anyway. Unless there is a distinct PLAN for the cash, this makes no sense. And that much either makes us a BETTER takeover target OR 'forces' us to acquire someone. This company has had a difficult time pursuing the business plan. Acquiring someone else is just a more difficult task. Maybe in 3-5 years - once they start firing on all 8 cykinders.
