Personally, I think what's more important than what small tweaks in the statements by FDA is that they are allowed...
as well as Amarins request for their sales reps. to initiate an open dialog (promote) with doctors, administrators, etc. FDA said this was illegal and did not budge in court and will not on this. It became obvious to judge he needs to rule on this.

Well, that's exactly what AMRN sued for, isn't it? If reps cannot mention even qualified claims to docs what have they actually gained in the end? They'd still be back at square one - being able to put on paper qualified claims but banning reps from saying them out loud first, instead of after a doc asks for more info, is pointless.
