You do realize that A/S hasn't changed. Many people here have been watching L2 everyday and there hasn't been dilution in months.

Why would a delay in news and filings benefit them even if they were scamming people?

I would be likely to agree if they were releasing a ton of news and pushing out PRs while they increase A/S and dump shares on the market...

But not releasing anything, being discreet while the auditors do the AUDIT so they can file with the SEC which is above and beyond the requirements of a pink sheet company... that tells me they are more like a company trying to be legit.

It's a small company, it's tough for small companies to adhere to strict regulatory guidelines.
