Until At and ET are done covering .,i doubt you will see any shares of PAIV appeared in your account . The SEC is watching done deal but to this moment they can watch for months and months ...!Paiv is not releasing any PR either ..until the mess is clear.
The Deadline doesn't exist in my opinion This is going to be a stalemate for a long time ...
the only solution is to harass the SEC .or start a class action ...
but in the meanwhile i only see complaisance from the SEC toward Ameritrade..

I don't like as well the double standard from AT asking some investors to cover and on the other hand erase the sale for others ..Case by case scenario here doesn't stand .on a court ...
I don't like this at all ... in a way our shares are restricted for 2 years and it really doesn't make any difference... but in the meanwhile the silence of the Company is hurting all of us ...
