The bottom line is, forget about this being a stock, think about the product from the point of view of the customer. If you were a customer looking for a third party company to handle your money, would you pick one that was founded by Mario Pino (whether they offer ATM services or not, that is the single biggest issue)... The company might infact be legitimate, however Mario's name will never be washed away from it, and people out there looking for paypal alternatives *KNOW* they can do better than this. Maybe I'm just being biased here, but I'd rather not have anyone with a criminal background (or even by association) handle my money, and as a product I don't see this being successful because of that.
