Carini, your point is well taken, but
Mounting a financial defense of the stock--at what point does it stop making sense?
The company cap is $200K. Granted dilution will tend to kill value--but at the end of the day, Brian still has to clean the mess up. How?
Well, he knows what orders are in the pipe. IF --and that is a big IF-- the company begins to sell, and Brian keeps quiet, he can force the dilution and reverses the stock. A reversal is an absolute MUST if this company is ever going to fly--and that's only "if" as long as sales are there.
To put $73K or roughly 30% of the value of the company to work DEFENDING the stock price, might be a public relations winner, but absolute financial malfeasance.
That money must go to generating and supporting sales. Otherwise this is nothing but a pikers dream of a couple a hundred bucks a week playing swings--and that is not a business. JMHO.
