Hey Ken I had lunch with Ghazi and I brought that up. If you remember the mess they had last couple of years. He had to buy out the other partner and the stock matured is why the other guy cashed them in. This why the dilution took place. After talking with him today he is getting things under control. He is a very smart guy and very knowledgeable about the restaurant business.
