My take is this: The possibility of an extended moratorium is what drove this down to .0006, people saw the real possibility of a moratorium lasting so long that the pps would be stuck in trips for years. Now that that isn't happening, we might just see this climb back up above .001 as further developments take shape. This is why I bought back in at .0007. Any 6s or 7s are a (relatively for a subpenny) safe buy IMO/
