The COMPANY phones (855) 873-7992 are answered by the company every time I have called including recently and my emails, with one exception, have always been responded to.

Surely nobody has had the experience of not being responded to consistently, unless the tone of such correspondence from the initiator is not respectful.

I'd be interested in any EVIDENCE that the company is not reachable, not just talk, but EVIDENCE.
