I agree with BMB on this one. The old BoD never cared about shareholders or whether the company was successful or embarrassing or anything else. They were Friends of Peter and nothing more. Heck, Gilder went out of his way to publicly praise SKS on several occasions. To use the parachute analogy, SKS knew full well that the financial altitude was dropping fast, and he pulled his golden rip cord just in time to be able to claw $1 million in severance as the TERRAIN!! alarm was going off. Solms even had to do a placement just to pay SKS off. If you have info to the contrary, I'd love to hear it.
Again, I appreciate your perspectives and opinions and contributions to the board. But in this case I respectfully agree to disagree.
PS, and OT: Does anyone know what happened to Sibble? He sure didn't last long. Does he have too much class, or did he not like working pro bono?
