redviking: The conversion price change had nothing to do with the "haircut we suffered on Thursday".

Without going back and checking I am pretty sure the notes original conversion price was based on the $0.10 quarterly dividend paid at that time, with the note agreement calling for revision of the conversion rate based on any increase of the dividend rate above $0.10/quarter.
