With the recent rehiring of staff and the tip on HC ready to inspect 2 applicants in the coming weeks I feel this is a decent gamble.

I still, however don't see it getting much past 0.30 on licensing due to the anaemic sector.

Could be a decent scalp...

Could be a nice loss too. Time will tell.
