Happy Fourth to all. The quarterly release should tell everyone wether this company is making any headway recently or if they are still struggling to just keep the name out there. Revenues are what it all comes down to. When you have a company that has treated it's shareholder's as such, all one can do is look at revenues, if those revenues are still stagnant, then you have the answer, not much happening with anything, DR, Dade County, St. Pete, Clearwater etc., talk is talk, but revenues speak loudly as to where a company is going.
