I would be surprised if gear was moved in prior to remediation being complete. They had spent about $5 million on this according to last financial filing. It is a big site and I don't know what on the site the remediation gets in the way of. But I thought they had the right to give up the property if the remediation was not accepted by the authorities. Based on all the news accounts in the UK papers they could easily be past that point and ready to build quickly.
