RE: Turing Phone
I wanted to say SHAM/SCAM about the Turing Phone this morning but I figured I should do some more research before saying anything.

I hope no one attempts to purchase or sign up for updates on the Turing website. I’ve come to the conclusion that the Turing Phone is a major sham/scam to say the least.

QSAlpha and its founder Steve Chao have a very shady history to say the least. Below are extracts from my research tonight:

QSAlpha
Founder: Steve Chao LinkedIn
Education: The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)

I find it kind of funny that Steve Chao attended The London School of Economics and Political Science and their focus is: Finance, Research and Consulting. Maybe I'm just being overly skeptical...

Brief History of QSAlpha | 2013/2014

QSAlpha attempted to fund the Quasar IV through Kickstarter and for one reason or another Kickstarter did not approve the campaign. I can see why now. The company then structured an Indigogo campaign, ninjas and all LOL... (Indigogo Campaign) to fund the Quasar IV, which failed miserably to achieve its goals.

Indigogo Campaign Goal: $3.2M
Funded: 3% or $98,716 with 222 supporters

Not only did the company’s funding campaign fail miserably but if you visit QSAlpha’s website and you attempt to order the Quasar IV (Silver White)/ Quasar IV (Matte Black) you will receive the following message from PayPal:

Quasar IV Progress Update
October 26, 2014

"This has been an extremely difficult year for the development of Quasar IV, as we’ve hit a few roadblocks that have caused delays and stalled our official release date. I’d like to apologize to those of you who have preordered the Quasar as much as those who have been supporting the idea of a true-trusted mobile device in the mobile internet era".

It appears it’s been a very difficult year for those who purchased phones and never received them and it looks as though there may be more people experiencing a rough year if they order the Turing Phone.

Someone mentioned earlier that Steve Choa could be the next Steve Jobs. I can definitely see it! lol...

The following article was published by ars technical:
“World’s Most Secure Smartphone” looks like snake oil, experts say. Encrypted phone concept a good one, but secrecy and FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt, usually evoked intentionally in order to put a competitor at a disadvantage) inspire skepticism.

I'm getting bored of reading about this clown and I need to get to bed.
