If anyone is interested to know how the Turing preorders might go, just read through this Facebook page for a while. Or alternatively, try to find some - any - company history on Turing. Turing applied for all of their trademarks just two weeks ago, including the TM for the company itself.

QSAlpha - Facebook

Turing Trademarks - Justia

Turing Phone

Here’s the Turing CEO, who knows, he could be the next Steve Jobs for all we know.

Steve Yi Long Chao

His formal address listed in the trademark filings is an apartment in Shenzen, China. It is in a nice part of the city near Sea World.

HOUHAI DA DAO - HUA; XIYOUJI APARTMENT C
SHENZHEN GUANGDONG
518000
CHINA

Perhaps you would like to visit their US business office in person? Well, you're in luck! Because it's "virtual office" rental space provided by Regus, you know, the company that rents "virtual office" space, or "daily" office space? Go ahead and ask me how I know about Regus offices, and I will tell you about my last penny stock investment and the conversation I had with the SEC investigators when they called. If you want an eye opener, click on the "Services" tab on the Regus page and see what Turing's "business" address really is:

Spear Tower - Regus

I travel to Shenzen several times a year on business and I have frequented the electronics markets there. What I see here is someone with access to manufacturing in China attempting to set up distribution of a product in the US using a per-visit office rental space as a formal business address. Turing does not disclose a permanent business office anywhere, just an apartment residence in China and a per-visit rented office in the US. Prospective customers are more than welcome to their own assessment of the situation, but I sure don't have the confidence to send this cat 700 dollars of my own money on a pre-order for a product that no one has seen.

Now, no need to call me a "basher" or a "shortie" and say that I am trying to keep LQMT stock down. But don't be a bit surprised if the Turing Phone doesn't turn out to be quite the success that LQMT investors would like to see. Its kind of like seeing Kang sell Vmatter knives made with similar BMG technology. Didn't really help our share price, did it?

This one is going to be fun to watch.

Cheers,
