I think what you're saying is a given and everyone agrees that in this case, AMRN will only discuss 1st amendment material. It wasn't clear to me before why FDA brought up ridiculous reasoning for rescinding SPA, but as others here pointed out, it was to distract from the real issue - 1st amendment.

Thankfully, our attorneys are smarter than me and didn't fall for the bait and are and will focus only on issue at hand, the 1st amendment.

Nonetheless, after we win this one, big question will be is do we sue for ANCHOR. Besides legal fees, what's it's downside, besides legal fees?
