They should understand that klug has a boat load of cash and assets he has been accumulating since the 70's and now it time to put it all together at 1 place. The cash infusion is automatic. Holding company work in a very strange way, you can bring in a few small assets and grow the values of the company 10-20 time in just a few months. That how Warren Buffett made all that money in such a short time. IDNG all day.
