I won't BEGIN to explain how obvious that is (6 years of filings, buyout of Compania Miner Pl S.A. with posted share counts to owners confirmed by TA, SEC, CEO long prior to current CEO, prior owner Pablo Lopez listed all over the world in financials, bloomberg, otc, etc for the past 6 years)
Don't let a little CD debt scare you, you won't find a company with profits like this anywhere else in the OTC, period.
