I believe I have the flawed knife. I received my knife last Saturday from knifecenter.com. I don't think there is anyway they could have had the reworked parts to knifecneter this quick, and why would I receive my knife before people who ordered directly from MA.

You believe you have a flawed knife or there is an actual defect? And where is the defect on the knife?
i have looked at the 2 pics u posted and i can't see the defect you talk about.
