I think it is bad precedence to respond to rumors on internet chat boards. If there was evidence that was presented, rather than hearsay, then I would expect the company to respond with their version of the truth. Right now, this is just outright BS as far as I'm concerned. I seriously doubt anyone in a responsible position at MDA would give that kind of information out about an active trial, to some complete stranger on the phone no-less.
