DannyDetail. I guess I am wearing my rose colored glasses all the time ...because I took it as you meant steady growth instead of explosive growth. So, steady growth could be $70 appreciation in 6 months rather than in a week as in 1999-2000 market boom. So, let's have Houston 100 sometime this year or early 2004 instead of this week itself.
