I got US DOE grants as a one man bussiness, entreprenuer and inventor with an awesome idea. MVTG would have no problem getting US DOE funding if they were still a US company or if they opened a US subsidiary. Or if they had a US partner like Alstom!!!!!

But wait, MVTG has two US company partners, LaFarge and Alstom both have huge US operations!!!!
