The sale of i million shares at 0003, is not a sell off the price of tcel has stay around 0004 -0005.
Plus the 0003 was likely before the update and there will always be some that can not handle waiting. after the fund is complete and FDA testing is started we will see a price of 005 to 05 and it will not matter when the news hits.
