I have gambled heavily on this one and lost so far. I am hoping that it will pay off with them actually giving us the dividend, and upgrading to OTCBB. This could be a really good investment once they start filing with the SEC again.

I have compared this one to another company HL. They pay out .0025 per share per quarter and they sit around 2.70 a share. We could realistically see the price spike running up to the second dividend payment that will hit in November if they pay this first one.
