Again, regarding this recent distribution ratio to WMIH that is being discussed, ... I always understood the actual proceeds or returns from any litigation to be a distinctly separate calculation from the proceeds or returns from the liquidation ... moving forward ... Two separate issues ... litigation return / liquidation return ...

Personally, ... I never thought the litigation side of the process would go very far, ... Obviously, now as we see not much of anything at all, ... small ending results, comparitively, as we see'

If ? ... Serious, future litigation would now become necesary ? ... A special litigator would need to be requested, and assigned to a specific issue ... Currently ? I don't see that happening ...
