Got to be if they thought BS like that would support some sort of promotion.

Sports Shop Network LLC has no internet footprint and the other "company" listed in the 8K, Wideshot Productions Media was created in Sept. 2014 in Florida after 2 or 3 other similarly named "companies" created by the same guy were dissolved by the state of Florida.

I bet "investors" promoting this "new" company can't even produce creation papers for Sports Shop Network LLC.

Wayne Wiggins has been involved with creating 2 pages of companies in Florida.

Wayne Wiggins is an "associate" of Gary Berthold through another shell scam "acquisition/do business with" Direct 2 Response and their ole' "buddy" Jan Kaplan.

Same scam it was with Gary in charge, they're all scam artists working together to sell shares in this public "company" that does nothing but sell shares. Wayne Wiggins continued involvement tells me that Gary is still involved too.
