NEWS Lawsuit News: A motion to dismiss AAPT's claims was filed last week and a entry of default judgment in Mr. Grushkin's favor was filed last week. AAPT could not defend the motion because it is no longer considered a corporation by California. The court granted AAPT until mid July to reinstate as a corporation or the unopposed dismissal and judgment in Mr. Grushkin's favor will be entered. AAPT must pay all its back taxes and fees and pay all former employee wages to the State (good luck with that) in order to reinstate itself as a corporation.
