I'm not really sure what's happening. I thought this Grushkin lawsuit would be a big deciding factor but it could go on for some time. I think they are back in court in September. The last time I talked to Joel he said he couldn't say anything although talking before hand they hadn't secured financing and the business was still a going concern. Joel always seemed positive and hopeful. At this price we are basically at a level of a company that is currently not in business as we know nutrabars are gone from shelves as for now. Things could pick up if you average down at this price some catalyst could change the picture here.
