How do you figure? He must be using his own money to build and construct these businesses or else it would be disclosed somewhere.

But isn't Rohan building his private business off the back of the public company?

Im sorry Brophtron but you have to look at the bigger picture. Without Rohan, we all would not even be talking about JAMN. If the the brick and mortars are successful then he will build more. He will also sell more MARLEY COFFEE. What do investors need in order for this stock to go up? More coffee sales. How can you be so negative about this?

And without JAMN for the last 4 years, Rohan wouldn't have a private coffee business, either - yet from the beginning he made sure that JAMN wouldn't have any part of the profitable part of the business.

You shouldnt take away the international sales though because they count and are apart of this company. Personally, I think they should have waited to get into so many thousands of stores because that costed them money that they didnt have quite yet. I think they realized that now and thats why they have been trying to sell straight from www.marleycoffee.com

I did read it and if you take away the international sales, the US sales are well below $2 million per quarter. They're in 7,200 retail stores in the US, so how are they making more than 10% of the US amount in 3 retail stores in South Korea? Something sounds off there.

Rohan has over 10 millions shares of JAMN, tell me why he would set it up to fail? Mr. Toevs and Marley are saying that if the recyclable RealCup can grab just 1% of the kcup market then it will equal 100 million k cups worth of sales. To me, that number will take some time to reach but isn't that looking at JAMN sharing in the bigger part of the business?

It's still bad that Rohan purposely set it up so that JAMN couldn't share in the bigger business.

You are totally right here. I misread and/or mixed up my research with another company.

No; there wasn't a profit. There was a $1.2 million loss. Why do you think there was a profit?

With all due respect. What makes you think that expenses will rise back to before? Correct me if I am wrong but I believe I remember reading that Mother Parkers is going to be paying for some kind of expenses for Marley Coffee. I dont remember the details and don't have time to look them back up at the moment. I wouldn't expect expenses to rise substantially at all. I think they should get out of most of the brick and mortars because you have to give better deals to the establishments. If you want to sell your product somewhere then you both have to mutually agree on a price and with the Marley name, businesses know what the possibilities are and i believe that to be one reason for such high expenses the past few quarters.

1) I don't think that the reduced expenses will last. Next quarter we're going to be right back to the $2.5 million per quarter expenses.

Honestly, I dont have too much to say here. I realize their deficits. I also know that this company, unlike other starter businesses, has great potential. If all of the pieces fall correctly then the believers will be quite happy.

This recyclable and compostable RealCup, as per Toevs, is supposed to be a huge building block for the company. It absolutely needs to be successful and to be honest. There are people out there who will buy it simply because its recyclable. It's already proven that people will buy this coffee simply because of the Marley name. It is already proven that Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee is one of a kind. It is already proven that Marley Coffee is entering an extremely tough and crowded coffee market. Marley Coffee has the world in front of them and there are still people around the world that want Marley Coffee and can't get their hands on it yet because of the part of the world they are from.

2) In order to break even, JAMN would have to sell between 6 and 12 million per quarter (the higher the expenses, the more they'll have to make. JAMN projected annual sales of $17 million for the year. Based on the last quarter, they're about $2 million short to average out to $17 million for the year. At a 25% gross profit rate, they would have to have sales of $100 million just to make up for the $25 million already lost, plus more to cover whatever future expenses they have. That's more than 10 times their current sales.

If you guys follow MC on instagram, there was a post that MC put out asking where you would like to see the next Marley Coffee Cafe. People from around the world posted where they were from and where they wanted it. Every corner of the globe has interest in this coffee. JAMN is still a baby in the cradle and the past two years its been learning to crawl. Pretty soon it'll be on its feet and saying its first words. Expect this company to mature so fast once its on its feet though ;)

GLTA! ONE LOVE! And I hope ya like Jammin :)
