So we have a shell company that hasn't changed their share structure in quite awhile, that is worth .16 cash per share, that is ACTIVE, and has 55m shares OS and a float of 35m trading at .0078?

OMG why is this trading sub penny. Not only is this worth 20 times current price now, but they are seeking a RM candidate.

I am looking for AUTH share count still but someone says they have maxed it out with OS. Could AUTH be around 55m shares as well?
