Hey Burr...if/when there is an offer presented typically the offer price will be reflected immediately to the current share price. You can sell before the deal is done if you'd like. However, there could be a counteroffer or even multiple bidders which could correlate to an even higher share price. Of course there is a potential risk that the boards counter may not be accepted and the share price could suffer a bit.your shares are open to sell until a deal is finalized and a date set for the signing of the purchase.
