They have been converting over the past few months. They have received all their shares in those chunks at different times. They have received all shares owed to them when converting in these chunks. They are done converting.

They haven't sold all of the shares they've received.

Look through bills Twitter maybe 2-3 weeks back and he's confirmed all the notes have been converted.
