The price went to 1.00 due to a R/S (1: 2.8268 to be accurate) and dropped almost instandly to ~0.50 AFTER the Merger. Just look at the Chart...
From there it dropped almost countinously to where we are now. Here and there a little bounce for a Company PR, Twitter Alert, Board Alert or Skype Room Alerts (like Ron's Lotto Alert on Friday) but nothing major to cause a continous reversal of the trend.

July 6th, Seth's next Note will mature, his conversion price will be ~.0004 per the given terms or ~140M shares, at the current price a nice gain of 300% for him. Well, let's see how well that goes... maybe he can make 500% instandly instead of just 300%?
