Ok, lets clear this up a bit...

Saleen will be forced or may even elect to declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy and move his operation to SMI Greentech in Missouri.

First off how long has the whole BK thing been talked about now? For more then a year and has never happened. NOW its being said they will file BK (which is not whats going to happen anyways) and move to Greentech in Missouri??? Well firstly, Greentech isn't in Missouri, its Mississippi! Secondly, Greentech owns the SMI name NOT Steve!

Greentech did not just build that giant facility and the partner with Saleen just to Produce those little green My Cars.

Correct, they are also building the other vehicles for the China market there I believe... but NOT Saleen Mustangs etc.

As a SLNN shareholder you have to ask why SMI was formed? Steve did not need to incorporate another company to sign a distribution with Greentech? Very unusual move and there is something going on there. In my opinion, The CEO is spending his time on SMI when he should be spending it on Saleen.

In your opinion which is COMPLETELY INCORRECT. Steve didn't incorporate anything! SMI is owned by Greentech and NOT Steve or Saleen Automotive. Please, read the press release again to have complete understanding of this. Also remember that Greentech is located in Mississippi and NOT Missouri.

I also see no announcement that WM Greentech has any agreements with Ford Motor Company, Dodge, Chevrolet or Tesla to distribute their OEM vehicles in China or anywhere else. This whole American OEM distribution in Asia seems fishy. No way these giant OEM's are going to license a new little Greentech company to open a bunch of dealerships in Asia.

These are SALEEN vehicles being sold in Asia by Greentech NOT stock Mustangs etc! Big difference here. I'm pretty sure the CEO of Greentech understands everything to do with trade law since that is what he is an expert in!

Also have to ask again, if Saleen in Corona, CA is only tuning 8 or 9 cars per month,
Why do they have to ship them to China to find a buyer? Can't they sell them in the good old USA?
The transportation cost alone has to be $3K per vehicle and they have to hassle customs, export laws, smog certs and gas conformity issues. They also have to manage warranty claims from China and spare parts.

At the volume Saleen is producing cars at they will lose big money on every car exported. They also would have to pay Greentech a commission for every car exported. This story does not make any sense.

HUH???? What???

Simply makes no sense at all!

Asia is just another market for the Saleen Brand. If what your saying is correct, then why did Ford and all the other american car manufactures decide to branch out to the Asia Market as well???? Why not just sell there vehicles here in the USA???

EVERYTHING to do with the Asia market goes through Greentech so Saleen Automotive isn't the ones handling the shipping etc.

Saleen having to pay Greentech commission??? What??? Please again, go read the press release and also the agreement that was signed between the two companies. SMI is owned by Greentech and NOT Saleen Automotive.

Regards :)
