It is not at all strange. US investors have little interest in foreign stocks without SEC registrations, or at least 15cc2-11's. Especially ones from a developing nation such as Indonesia with a third-rate stock exchange. But even with the countries closest trading partner, Canada, it is not at all unusual to see many public companies without SEC registrations with absolutely zero US shareholders.
