Those are only OATS eligible securities.

Call your broker and ask to buy one of those stocks you named that are not OATS eligible. The stock will be reported as an OTC trade in the US. And, if you are the first US person to buy it, the broker and/or clearing agent will apply to FINRA for a US trading symbol.

After a couple days, one will be assigned and it will show up in the OTC figures.
