Incredible that some here can't deal with the reality of the system and environment that Interdigital must deal with.

I am only addressing the reality as to why they have such a difficult time getting licenses. It's incredible to me that so many here live in denial wrt IDCC.

BM has done a good job of managing the financials and it's good reason to own the stock...but it's not so good when it comes to expecting government agencies and legal forums to drive licenses. Even BM admits he does not want to go this route. He knows it has little chance of success against the big boys. History indicates I am correct.
