If SFOR is shorting that much stock (100 percent) that means SFOR can charge more for the share of stock. Where is the increase in the NAV? Probably gave it to dilution he needs it like a broken tooth, needs decay.
Shorting is needed when the MM sells his stock to fill orders when the float runs out. where is the money?
