1) It's only 3 coffee shops; that's not exactly a lot of business.

2) The shops are halfway around the world - do you know how much it costs to ship coffee halfway around the world? The shipping costs must eat up a lot of the gross margin.

3) When you order a coffee at a shop for $4, that's about 20 cents worth of coffee - do you want to have a percentage of $4 or a percentage of 20 cents?
