And there are a HELL of a lot of crooked CPA and audit firms in Utah. On a per capita basis it's got to be the top state for housing scammy pennystock CPAs and audit firms.

Whenever I see a non-Utah domiciled corporation that's using a Utah-based audit firm - I put a red flag just for that.
